what do i need to do for this van2014

I have changed coils1,2,3,and 4 on a  2014 dodge caravan ,  it says number 4
needs to be changed again . It has been changed 3 times what could be the
problem

Did you change the spark plugs? Check the compression as something may be wrong with #4.
