This car has the floor shift with a console Is there anyone who specializes in interior work, This console shows a little ware, I would like to improve the looks, but not loose the original look. Or someone who sells replacement consoles

Try Year One, they are the number one Mopar parts supplier for reproduction parts. You might also look around on Google for companies that do dashboard refurbishing, etc., as it's pretty similar to how the console refurbishing would be done. Expect to pay a few hundred dollars for a good job.
