Power window

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How would I manually roll up a power
window that is broken?

You don't. You would have to remove the door panel and try to manually operate the window mechanism inside the door. You would be better off just installing a new motor but check your fuses first.

You take the door panel off and run two wires from your battery. There are two wire bundles connected to the switch find the one that goes to the motor. Tap the two wires on the terminals, if this does not work reverse the wires. If the motor is good this will simply make the window go up and down. This happened to me and this solution worked.
