electric seat harness

I put electric seats in my 2003 350 xlt and am having a hard time finding the main harness location to tap into for power, the fuse box seems wired and fuses are there but where would the empty plug end be located

Likely underneath the carpet somewhere, if they included it, which it sounds like they did.
