2003 ford sport trac thermostat housing cfacked, changed it out and new thermostat. now it over heats in 12 miles.

Was the thermostat inserted in the proper direction? The "bulb" goes towards the engine. Did you "burb" the air out of the system? Do a Google search for burping the coolant system on your particular vehicle.

everything was installed right, but seems there is air blockage because heater does not work. How do I burb the system? Roger
