Chrysler town and country 1997 keeps overheating

1997 town and country van continues to overheat
after mechanic replaced transmission, New
battery, New radiatorr, replaced engine, New head
gasket, New fuse box, installed after market fan
which runs continuously, New wires and
connectors.  With everything being replaced, what
could be causing this problem?

Even though everything may has been replace, I would take a look at the following and replace them. The thermostat and the radiator cap. While the engine is open, please flush the entire system and make sure when you refill it it has a mixture of 50/50 also make sue you bleed the system of any air.
