Question type: Maintenance & Repair

THE PASSENGER DOOR WINDOW WENT DOWN FINE A FEW DAYS AGO. BUT WHEN WE WENT TO BRING IT UP IT WENT PART WAY AND SOUNDED LIKE THE BATTERY WAS DYING, IT ONLY WENT HALF WAY UP AND STOPPED. A FEW HORD LATER WE WERE ABLE TO BRING IT UP. IT HAS DONE THIS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. BUT THIS TIME IT WENT DOWN AND WILL NOT GO BACK UP.

Hello hellodollie! Sounds like a failing window motor. A trip to your local Chrysler dealer will confirm but I'm guessing that's where your problem is. Good luck!

You have a bad window regulator just go to your local junkyard and pull another and replace it , here is the link to a video that shows you how to do it : https://youtu.be/9RmpBDzZh8o
