Apparently, the auto "technician(s)" did not troubleshoot the problem properly. They love to throw parts at your vehicle. Questions to ask would be: Was the fuel pump relay tested for operation? Is the fuel pump getting the 12vdc from the relay? Was wiring checked for continuity, and inspected for shorts, fraying, or breakage, and was the fuse tested? All things to take in consideration.
