horn doesnt wok 2006 PT cruiser. Where is fuse?

No fuse or relay for your horn. The horn is controlled by the horn driver in the TIPM. (Total Integrated Power Module) I would recommend checking for 12 Volts at the horn. Also, pretty common for the horn to have ground issues.
