Car starts sometime

Why does my 1992 buick
roadmaster starts sometimes
and sometimes not ???...if I turn
the ignition on a few times back
and forth it starts

It could be a few things, your starter could be going out, you may need new spark plugs, or the connectors on your battery may be corroded. Check the connectors on you battery make sure they dont have to much built up battery acid(take a like 30 seconds to check), next it never hurts to do a tune up on you car. (Change out spark plugs oil change and new belts at extra cost. Right around 80 to 150 bucks for it all. If a tune up doesn't fix it its probably your starter going out. Witch is about 150 also.
