92 Riviera in flood. Has 208K , turns but will not start ? Water did not get over hood. Can you help ?

was it enough to wet the starter? the solonoid could be oxided and in need of cleaning. it would take afew hours to drop out and inspect.

do you know if the ECM or PCM and the ignition module got wet, those could also prevent the engine from starting
