where can i find a a/c and heater control panel replacement

Hi, i have a toyota prius 07.  where and a what price can i get the instrument panel that
displays the heater, a/c, vent on the control panel located in the center of the dash.  it
is the same panel that shows the camera reverse view, and the gas mileage.

the camera view works, and the consumption screen works.

the a/c turns on but i can't control the fan speed and i can't move the vents to defrost,
floor or any direction.

i assume i need to replace the display screen.  where and cost can i get one on line.

Information display can be found on www.car-parts.com I have seen the prices around $150. They are not too hard to replace.
