I have checked all fuses and are ok and replaced relay to wipers and to radio and still only work on auxiliary. I even changed out the ignition switch and nothing

Did you change only the ignition lock cylinder? In some vehicles this is separate from the electronic/electric switch which is located just behind it which supplies power in the run position. You may have to remove the shroud covering the column to access the connections to check via a meter. Personally, I'd begin checking for voltage at the two connections for the radio and wiper and begin checking backward with the ignition in the run position and accessory on. The problem is not with a fuse or inside the fuse box if they work in ACC position.

Did you replace the ignition relay, or lock cylinder?

I'm having same problem and am searching Google. Can tell you I know of a mechanic that has fixed 4 of these, they were all caused by melted wires in a harness under the dash. I have read on Google this is caused by a bad main battery ground. That sounds kind of iffy but worth checking. I'm still searching

I figured out what my issue was. I drive a 99 F-150 4.2 RWD. When I would have my key turned back (accessory) my wipers and radio would work. When I turned my key on and started my truck, they would stop working. SOLVED - When working on my truck one day I noticed an empty fuse location. When I put a fuse in there Walla! Everything started to work. I would have swore on my mother that I checked the fuses!! So that's my long winded answer. Check check check.

Exact same issue 1999 F150, everything worked on auxiliary just not when truck was ON. We changed the ignition switch and that didn't change anything. This empty fuse location fixed our same issue! What I want to know is where did the fuse go when it was working before? Nobody took out any of the fuses so WTF???

It actually turned out to be the well known water leak issue these trucks have where the windshield leaks water down the inside of the firewall into the fuse box
