how to convert colum shifter to floor shifter for 60 Thunderbird

1.Get Hurst shifter for automatic. 2. Make punch mark from underneath to mark position. 3.Cut hole in floor to match shifter boot. 4.Drill holes using boot ring to mark holes. 5.Mount shifter assy & a just linkage.
