390 CI  BUCKS UPON STARTING LIKE BATTERY IS BAD... NEW BATT, NEW STARTER, TIMING OK -- WILL BUCK COLD OR HOT AND MAY START OR NOT. RUNS GREAT AND MAY NOT HAVE THIS PROBLUM OFF AND ON ?     THANKS JERRY

check points gap,crack moister in dis cap check rotor button coil wire for corosion.
