Turn Signal S10

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 89 S10.  When all of my lights are off my turn signals work fine.  When I turn my headlights on however, the right turn
signal does not work.  It will illuminate, but does not flash.  When I have my headlights on and I put my hazard lights on, it does
work, however it flashes at a different "pace" then the left one.  Advice?

Mine is similar, but it is with the left signal. I also noticed that with lights off, all signal lights go on when I select the left turn signal...any ideas?
