1983 Suburban 3rd Row Seating

Asked by Gemopus Aug 19, 2008 at 02:00 AM about the 1983 Chevrolet Suburban

Question type: Car Customization

How do you mount the third row--can you?  Where do we get parts for it?  Help!  We have a 1983 Suburban and need the third row.  We'd like to keep what we have and not have to buy another vehicle.  Is there anyone out there who can help?

just go to the junkyard and find yourself a used 3rd row seat. it should fit all subs from anywhere between 1980-1992, and possibly 1974-1992. . . if your 'burban features the recesses in the floor, which it should, the 3rd row seat wil basically just snap right in.
