Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was given a 1978 Chevy Blazer. The previous owner had disconnected the drive cable from the window regulator and the motor. The glass came down to the open position and I want to close it so I can repair what ever is wrong with it.

You should be able to remove the rear panel and, accessing it from inside, push up gently on the glass. If the drive cable is detached there should be very little force required to do this. Then you can duct-tape it in the up position while you make your repairs.
