How difficult is it to repair or replace a bent lifter?

To replace it would be best, while it may be possible to straighten a bent one it will be very weak and subject to further damage. First find out why it bent. If you have taken it out and know that it is bent, you already know how to get to it, simply order a new one and drop it in.
