Biscayne rear end

I have a '59 Bisc that was originally a six/3speed but now a 283/4 speed saginaw. It seems to wine too much. Is the 282 too musc engine? All fluids good and at proper level.

No ,not to much,ring & pinion gear may be going bad,or it just may be tire noise,jack up rearend go through gears,listen for the wine,if not their,it is the tires.
