How to change the thermostat

The heater is not working up to its potential.Flushed cooling system and replaced coolant.What now?

Hello, The thermostat is located at the engine end of the lower radiator hose. Remove the thermostat housing. When removing and replacing the thermostat, make sure the spring faces toward the engine. Best of luck! CarGrrl
