why are the 2004 tacomas being recalled for electrical

I need t know what part of the electical is being recalled.  wiring harness ?

Call your Toyota dealer and ask about what is being recalled.  They will be more than happy to tell you as recalls are a government-regulated process, so they really can't be secretive about it.
