My toyota echo is hard to fill with gas

My echo is hard to fill with gas the pump just keep stoping after a few cents or the gas just spits back out checked the fuil filler neck and fill hosse that runs to the tank no blockage

I find that with my echo I have to pour slower. I like to use the device on the fuel pump handle that holds the nozzle open but I have to use the slower flow setting. This takes a minute or two longer to fill up but eliminates the auto shut off issue on the fuel pump.
