Will a 1997 Honda del sol engine (D16Y8) fit in a 1994 del sol with a (D16Z6) engine?

I have a bad engine on my 1994 Honda Del Sol. It has the D16Z6 engine. I have found a 1997 Honda del Sol with a D16Y8 engine in it . Will the 1997 engine bolt right up on the 1994 Honda del sol?

i am picking up a del sol in two days that is boosted and it has the d16z6 block and d16y8 head.
