looking to purchase a 89 Bronco. I need a mechanic to assess it's situation.

The Bronco has been sitting for 3 months, will crank, but not turn over. Owner says he knows it's not a fuel problem??? But he doesn"t know much else either. Can anyone out there help me.

if it will not turn over,try a battery,starter could be bad,my opinion,leave this one alone,theses were not a very reliable vehicle.
