Car won’t accelerate

The car is a 2007 Chevy Aveo and it starts and the
engine sounds like everything is running fine,
except it won’t accelerate. What can be the issue?

Check for a blown ( ETCS ) Electric Throttle Control System fuse

2009 Chevrolet Aveo. I was driving to Pretoria and when was in midrand my car started to slow down and doesn't want to accelerate at all, can driver about 100 km with 20 speed. we have over roll the engine. and service the car, but still the same problem and all mechanic can't find problem of this car. we have check all the out parts, but the car doesn't have power at all. and is overheating. can any help me thank you

2008 Chevy Aveo 4 cyl, same issue without the overheating. IT's like it don't want to go over 40mph, and that's going downhill. It barely wants to take off, and as I'm at an idle it shakes and the RPM stick bounces between 1-2 and then below 1 sometimes. Just replaced the front O2 sensor and that was NOT the issue apparently.

So I looked up the fuse box diagram and I don't see an ETCS fuse anywhere.... Help?
