Possible bad starter. Have someone turn key to crank position and have someone hit starter with a hammer while someone trying to start vehicle. Doesn't have to be hard, just a good tapping on starter. Make sure that car shifter in park position. Emergency brake on.

Ok, I thought it didn't turn over. Gets some carb cleaner and spray in air filter assembly well your cranking engine over. If vehicle tries to start or starts up and shuts off, it's a bad fuel pump. Go back to tank area and hit tank with a hammer. You should hear a buzzing sound for 2-3 seconds when you turn key to on position and shut off. If you hear no buzzing sound, bad pump. If you spray carb cleaner in air intake and vehicle doesn't try to start, check for spark at coil plug wirer's. Remove a coil and leave connected to wirer's, lay coil on a metal surface, crank engine and see if you see a spark come out of boot area. Don't not hold coil with your hand while cranking motor, you will get shock/ zapped. It won't feel good.
