Resetting dashboard

Last night I left my parking light on hence flat battery today. No prob jump
starting but now the display for clock/radio and cd is asking for a code. Also
appears to be affecting my a/c. How do I find out what the code is. No info in
manual.  Car is a Ford Focus 2006. Any suggestions appreciated. Ta

Call your local Ford dealership or better yet stop in with the car and be prepared to show your vehicle registration in your name. One they've verified it's your car, they should be able to look up your code (using the VIN number). Good luck!

For security reasons such as theft protection you won't find a code in the car. Dealerships provide the codes to owners when first buying the car, but if you've lost it or bought the car from someone else your only option is your local Ford dealer since they're the only ones who can look it up. Just had another thought -- but it might be a long-shot. You might want to try a local car stereo shop -- they might be able to help get it reset. I'd call first so you don't waste a trip.
