Dear Mr. 69 SS Chevelle-  General Motors kept no records of which cars had which color.  At the division level, Chevrolet records don't indicate whether the vehicle was an SS Chevelle or a Chevy pickup.  The guys at http://www.camaros.org, who compile impressive statistics on all the classic Camaros, about 7 percent of the 1969 Camaros were garnet red.  There is no note whether the interior was garnet red or not.   Good luck from Bovan.
