My 68 chevelle has a big block with a 400 turbo transmison 2500 torque converter and a holly dual pumper runs great in park when I put it into gear it will die out unless I hold the brake and push the gas a little

All new lines no leaks fuel mixture is good, one other thing I forgot to mention I have a comp cam thumper, not sure what you mean when you say no longer 2500

I will have to check it not sure how I just bought and put it in I've been trying to figure it out that new and carburetor
