I found a complete 1967 Chevy chevelle 4 with a 6 cylinder motor still running (rough) looks pretty clean everything lines up nicely for 550$! Seems like a great deal to me or am I missing something?

For that year model,and a good body,yes real good deal,but be care full,the price is low for that year,there hard to come by,this would make me weary of it,normally a car like this would cost,around 1500 to 3000,make sure you know who you are buying from,and get tittle if possible,if not tittle,bill of sale,and have the seller,s driver,s licence# and info,just for your safety.
