I turned my key to start my car and all my lights went out now its like there's no power to my car at all.. Even if I jump the battery there's nothing

Sounds like a loose or dirty battery connection. Also check battery voltage.

I tightened the connections and even cleaned them... The voltage is coming back at 12.7
