Interior lights came on and won’t go off. Suggestions?

They turn off via the light switch. Usually, it is a rotating wheel by the switch or by you rotating the switch stem.

My daughter is driving this car out of state. And I thought something was really wrong! She is a bit embarrassed that the light "knob" just needed to be rotated. :-) Thank you!
