Over heating and whit smoke coming from engine

I'm having overheating issue I had to change the
manifold the upper .but it's still smoking whit
smoke and over heating

Not enough information. Is there coolant in the radiator or do you have a coolant leak?

Do a compression check on the engine,you may have head damage or blowed head gasket.
