Car troubles

I have a 2000 alero that won't start most of
the time ..problems are....leaks coolant on
the ground real bad ...cranks then after a
while it fires up ...but now it barely cranks
and have to put the battery on a charger..it
got real hot the other day twice  and
sometimes when I goto start it it batks at
me through the speakers what is happening

Found this website for you, this car has many problems. http://www.carcomplaints.com/Oldsmobile/Alero/2000/ Good luck. I would definitely consider replacing this car.
