Are there separate quick heaters in the dash vents and does Driver and Passenger side operate seprately

Are there separate quick heaters in the dash vents and does Driver and Passenger I have a 2004 Lexus ES 330 Driver side is cold and Passenger side warm. After engine is warm both work equally

There actully is a feature where each side of the car can have different temps. I suspect there is a leaky pipe and as tennisshoes said, the blend doors servos may have a problem
