97 3000GT has no power

I just got this car and the guy said the cats were clogged and wouldnt stay running. so i got it home changed the oil,cap rotor,plugs and wires and let the exhaust down and it started but runs rough. sounds like its running on 2 cylinders. has no power and no pedal. if i floor it in park it takes its time idleing up. what can this be? coil,ecm,?? thanks it had benn sitting for 8 mths too.

Give me a vacuum reading at idle ... and 2500 steady .. Compression readings are ... got to check basics first
