2019 Honda CRV with under 10,000 miles

After about 4 weeks of not driving my car, the battery completely
died and my
rotors rusted. Honda wouldn’t cover the cost to replace the
rotors and said I
need to be driving the car every week. They said the problem is
due to COVID.
Its not like I stored my car for the winter or a whole season. It
seems the
company is hiding poor quality behind COVID....am I wrong?

My rotors rust in a day or two in rainy weather. Hardly Honda's fault.
