1994 mercury sable sedan 3.0 how to remove rear seat?

I found one other topic on this. But i believe it was on removing the seat cushion that you sit on. I am trying to remove my rear back rest. There is no ski pass and i cannot find out how to remove it.

its kinda hard because their bolted down near the bottom. I took a hammer and bent the hooks that hold it at the top and just work around the bolts. The seat is actually easier than the back rest just push in and pull up.
