probably not;one easy test; key on, engine not started, the abs light, if present, will come on for a few seconds than go off; it is a system self-test that occurs every time the ignition is turned on there are other ways to tell, but this is the simplest way most of those cars did not have abs

depends on the trim. i think it was an option for the LX, but came stock on the ES
