Where do you get the specs and features for the cars you list?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

You have features listed on each car.  McGrath auto is
saying that you stated a feature incorrectly and they aren't
responsible for it and that car gurus should pay for that
feature on the car that I just bought. What is my recourse?

If you read the Terms of Use, which has all the legalese, which is linked at the bottom of the page, it says Cargurus is not responsible for the ads that dealer place on this site. Where did you see the features you speak of? On the actual ad, or the Research link? Sometimes ads have errors and it is up to the buyer to make sure what you think you are getting is actually included before you sign the papers.
