Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi I'm having a problem with my Mazda 6 the
battery won't charge I took it for diagnosis and the
machine said low voltage and they concluded the
altenater is not charging then I took it for repair
them same routine with same results. When it's on
idle the battery light doesn't show on the
dashboard Yet when I remove the terminal the car
turns off. Can someone help please it's been 5
weeks now no one knows what to do next

If you took it in for repairs and it's not fixed, why not take it back to the shop that did the repairs and have them check over their work?

Correct, take it back, the longer you wait the more time will pass and your warranty will expire. By the way, did they give you one, in writing?

No they didn't give one in writing but they said its a year warranty. We agreed tomorrow I'm gonna drive the car and have them check it themselves because they say it's charging on their system but on my car it's not, and now they sending me to have the car checked and there is no problem with it . Thank you I'll update you tomorrow
