There isn't a manual way to do it. If the compressor is functional just make sure your battery has plenty of power and try the key again. If that doesn't work, you'll have to get a flatbed towing service to move the car for you.
If your battery has some power or little power charge the battery and disconnect it from the car for about 5 minutes, then reconnect and try turning the key on again. This should reset the sequence.
