Car Radio Malfunction

I have a 2017 Chrysler 300 and the radio is currently jumping and skipping
channels constantly.  Because other apps are located on the bash board
panel with the radio, my navigation system, back-up rear view monitor is also
affected.  What are some of the causes for the radio to malfunction in this
manner and does the entire dash board panel have to be removed.  Can the
computer be repaired or does it have to be replaced?

I'm having the same problem and the whole thing has to be replaced. $1400 parts/labor at my local dealer. I only have 45,000 miles on the car...I am not happy!!

Thanks for your response and I share your frustration. I took the care to the dealership and they wanted $2,600 to replace the entire system for a car with only 49,325 miles. It is my understanding that the radio system installed is not very reliable from the manufacturer. However, instead of paying for the replacement, I discovered that by leaving my cellphone on charger that prevents the constant changing of radio stations.
