93 aerostar 3.0l stalls on acceleration and wont restart ,have to wait awhile to start

One cause of the problem could be the Ignition Control Module. You can take it out and be tested at an auto parts store. You would want to have the coil checked also. Engine heat will affect the ICM when they start to go bad. Something tells me that the fuel pressure should be checked also, could have a bad fuel pump, fuel regulator or leaking injectors.
