Battery was dead dead, right? Lights left on all night or something like that? So when you kill the battery on a fuel injected car the computer has to sort of relearn things. Minimum idle is one of those things. Charger the battery for a few hours if you can, instead of jump starting it. Then when you start it, hold the idle up for about 3 - 5 minutes and slowly as possible keep letting up off the gas pedal until you are finally down to a base idle. It should now stay running. It may still stall once or twice but it should learn where it wants to be. There is an electric idle motor that controls air bypassing the throttle and it should relearn where it wants to be. If it doesn't stay idling and continues to stall repeatedly then you should bring it to a local mechanic who can correctly clean the throttle plate, idle air control motor and throttle body. Sometimes that idle air control motor can stick bad enough that they may need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
