Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A common question I am saying where
is the fuse located for the radio on a
2015 Nissan Versa Note... I finally
found out under the hood the second
problem I'm having because this is
happened twice with my radio is my
battery's been dead is it quinsadense
or the radio killing my car battery ?
I put the tester on the boundaries
drawing at the alternator it's working
and charging and when I put a load on
the battery it seems to go down on the
gauge and then back up but it doesn't
have enough cranking amps to start
the car? The radio one problem and the
car battery is just another?

I found the fuse it's under the hood behind the battery just was curious if the car radio causing my car battery drain? Something obviously wrong for the radio fuse to blow twice now

I worked at autozone before I became a full stay at home mom. What we saw after changing the fuses is that the battery had been bad for a while. When the battery is bad it screws with the radio and fries the circuits

seems to be a common problem for the radio to draw too much power with key out in this generation versa.. here are a few possible solutions: 1> replace with aftermarket stereo 2> put an inline toggle/kill switch in the radio power circuit.. 03> put a relay in line so that the radio battery power circuit is switched on when the accessory circuit is switched on.

or 4> if you live in a house use a battery tender and plug it in every night..
