Is CPO worth it on an Audi S4?

I am in the market for a used S4, and I could save $3-4k (10-12% of the price)  
if I buy a car without CPO. I know this is a general question, but if the car
looks clean, is it worth it?

CPO is basically just an added warranty. I would shop around for an extended warranty and see what you can save.
