My screen on the ATS shows what looks like a tire with a 3/4 blue circle inside. What does that mean?

I hear noisy sounds from the left side of the car, maybe tire area when driving.

There are two icons that have a tire, those represent tire pressure and traction control. So either your tire pressure is low, or your traction control is turned off. If it's the latter, try just pressing the traction control button. You may also try pressing and holding the traction control button to see the settings.
