2003 Hyudai elantra

My manual 2003 Hyundai elantra does not
accelerate over 20 mph.  I have replaced the
ignition coil , the spark plugs and the fuel
injector and it is still having this issue . The
rpms spike just fine but it is nearly
impossible to get the car into over 2nd gear
as it accelerates very slowly .

Sounds like clutch is low and needs to be replaced.
